Vivimate is run by a small team. We operate the service, write the setup documentation, and handle support directly over WhatsApp. No outsourced chat agents.

Setup guides
Every guide on this site is written and tested by the people who install the same apps for subscribers every day — Fire Stick, Android TV, Samsung, LG, iPhone, Windows, Mac.
Direct support
Support runs over WhatsApp. When you message, you reach a person on the team, not a bot, not a tier-one queue. We finish setup with you if needed.
Our expertise
The team has been working with IPTV delivery since before it was mainstream: playlist formats (M3U, Xtream Codes), player apps (TiViMate, IPTV Smarters, Smarters Lite), device-specific sideloading on Fire TV, Android TV boxes, and smart TV app stores, and the licensing requirements that separate a legitimate broadcaster from a reseller. The guides on this site are written from that experience, not from reading someone else's article.
