Who's behind Vivimate

Why we started

Most of us came to this as customers first, and we got burned the same way everyone does: a flashy seller, a WhatsApp number, a price that changed once you asked, and a service that vanished a month later. The market is full of that. We thought there was room for the opposite, a service that pays for its content, shows its prices, and is still here next year.

The name, and the mess around it

We know "Vivimate" pulls up a wall of scam-checker pages when you search it. A lot of unrelated sellers have used the name, and we inherited their reputation by picking it. We've written about that honestly in our piece on whether Vivimate is legit, because pretending the search results don't exist would be its own kind of dishonest.

Our answer is the same everywhere: don't trust us, check us. We put the things you'd use to verify a business out in the open, and we'd rather lose a sale to a careful customer than win one from someone who didn't look.

How we actually operate

The license sits behind everything. Legal IPTV exists because the operator pays for the right to carry the content, and that's the line we stay on. You can read what our license covers on the licensing page, including the details you can take to the issuing register once our paperwork is finalised.

Right now, onboarding runs through WhatsApp. Not because we're hiding, but because setup is genuinely easier with a person: we work out which app suits your TV, send the playlist, and stay on the line until it plays. Card checkout is coming. When it lands, this paragraph gets shorter.

What we're not

We're not a reseller of cracked panels, we're not a 50,000-channels-for-a-fiver headline, and we're not going to message you a different price than what we quote you. If any of that is what you're after, we're honestly not your service.
