Vivimate IPTV Terms of Service
The service
Vivimate provides a licensed IPTV subscription that gives you access to live channels and on-demand content via an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes API. The subscription is for personal, non-commercial use on one simultaneous connection per account unless otherwise agreed.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are available on 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month terms. Current prices are listed on the pricing page. The price you are quoted before payment is the price you pay — we do not change rates mid-subscription.
No auto-renewal. Your subscription runs until the end date. We will send you a reminder before it expires, but nothing is charged automatically. You renew only when you ask us to.
Payment is currently processed manually via WhatsApp. A receipt confirming the amount and subscription period is provided with every transaction.
Free trial
We offer a free trial on request. No credit card is required. The trial gives you access to the full service for a limited period. After the trial period ends, access stops unless you subscribe. One trial per person.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by letting your subscription expire — since there is no auto-renewal, no further action is needed. We do not offer refunds for unused time on an active subscription except where required by law (for example, under UK or EU consumer protection rules where you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not used the service).
If you experience a persistent service issue we cannot resolve, contact us and we will discuss a remedy case by case.
Permitted use
Your subscription is for personal, household use only. You may not:
- Share your credentials or playlist with people outside your household.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service (unless you hold a separate reseller agreement with us).
- Use the service in a public venue, commercial establishment, or for broadcasting to an audience.
- Use automated tools to record, download, or scrape content from the service.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime across our channel catalogue. Occasional interruptions can occur due to source broadcaster outages, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel at any specific time.
Channel availability can change if content rights are modified by the original broadcaster. We will aim to replace affected channels where we have the rights to do so.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you breach these terms — particularly sharing or reselling access. In clear cases of abuse, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Limitation of liability
Vivimate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vivimate is registered. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you retain any statutory rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law, which these terms do not affect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers in advance.
