Vivimate IPTV Privacy Policy
Who we are
Vivimate is a licensed IPTV subscription service. We can be reached at support@vivimate.com or via WhatsApp at +212700490452. This policy applies to data collected through vivimate.co and through our WhatsApp onboarding process.
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to provide the service:
- Contact information — your name and WhatsApp number or email address, provided when you request a subscription or free trial.
- Subscription details — the plan you subscribe to, start and end dates, and the device type you use.
- Technical data — basic connection information (IP address, device type) used to troubleshoot playback issues. We do not store this beyond the support session.
- Payment confirmation — we record that payment was made and the amount, but we do not store card numbers. All payments are made through third-party processors; we never see your full card details.
We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioural profiling on this site.
How we use your data
Your data is used to:
- Set up and deliver your subscription (send your playlist, activate your account).
- Contact you about your subscription — renewal reminders, support replies, and service announcements.
- Troubleshoot playback issues when you contact us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We may set a basic session cookie to maintain functionality (such as remembering a form state), but we do not use any cookies that identify you across other sites or build a behavioural profile.
Data retention
We keep your contact and subscription details for as long as your account is active and for 12 months after it expires, in case you want to reactivate. After that, we delete your personal data unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Your rights
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@vivimate.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Vercel. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Each has its own privacy policy. We choose processors that comply with GDPR requirements.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email or WhatsApp.
