Cancelling Vivimate: no auto-renewal, no lock-in
Vivimate has no auto-renewal and no lock-in. To cancel, simply do not renew when your period ends. Here is what that means and how to handle refund requests.
The short answer: there is nothing to cancel. Vivimate subscriptions do not auto-renew.
When the period you paid for ends, the service stops. No charge goes out, no cancellation request needed. You paid for 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months, and that is exactly what you get.
How subscription periods work
When you subscribe to Vivimate, we send you a playlist and an expiry date. When that date passes:
- Your playlist stops working
- No further payment is taken
- You get no follow-up charges unless you message us to renew
There is no credit card on file, no recurring billing, and no cancellation button to click. You are in control of whether you renew.
If you want to stop using Vivimate before your period ends
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time as a rule, but we handle things case by case. If something went wrong on our end — service was down for an extended period, you were charged incorrectly, or we made an error — message us and we will sort it out.
If you just changed your mind or found you are not using it, the honest answer is that we are unlikely to refund unused subscription time. We do not hide this. What we will always do is help you get as much value out of the remaining time as possible — if setup is the problem, we will get it working for you.
If you never started using it
If you paid but never got it working, that is a setup problem, not a service problem. Message us on WhatsApp and we will set it up with you. Most people who reach this point are 10 minutes away from it working — the setup is simpler than it looks.
How to renew if you change your mind
When your subscription expires and you want to come back, just message us on WhatsApp. We will pick up where you left off — same channels, same setup, no need to start from scratch.
Contact us
For anything billing-related: message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page. We do not use ticket systems — you talk directly to the people running the service.
